Whole genome genotype data for ChocoGen project donors - ~550k SNPs for 98 individuals - are made available upon request. 

 

Data applicants are required to complete a Data Application Form, describing their intended use of the data, and a Data Access Agreement, which specifies the terms under which data access can be granted.  ChocoGen data are made available for research purposes only, and are not intended for the creation of products for sale or for any commercial purpose.

Applications will be reviewed by the ChocoGen Data Access Committee, led by Dr. Miguel Medina at Universidad Tecnológica del Chocó.
